Holding On and Letting Go
Networks, like friends, bring people into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When we rise to new heights, friends sometimes fall by the wayside and others attempt to thwart our success. Release those who are no longer vibrating at your level with the strongest energy in the universe, love. An old Unity affirmation is invaluable in times like these, “I love you. I bless you. And I release you to your Higher Good.” Never meet negative energy with negative energy, for it simply multiplies exponentially.

Energy and Spirit in Networking
The old adage, water seeks its own level is true of energy also. Whatever vibration we live in – optimism, fear, victory, or caution – we attract as we network. To change the people who come into your circle, shift your vibration. One way to do this quickly is through the use of affirmations. “I am a powerful and productive networker.” As you believe, affirm, and visualize this, the universe will provide opportunities for you to bring it into manifestation. Look for these opportunities and go for it!

Networking taps into an eternal Truth. As human beings, we are all connected. The act of networking provides more energy to some connections than to others. If you don’t like the response you’re getting from your network, change the message that you send.

What Does Health Mean to You?

For each one of us the answer to this question is different. Let me share with you what it means to me and maybe you will resonate with it…

Life is full of pieces that need to fit together to make a whole picture, just like a puzzle. When all the pieces fit we feel great. For me that means that means spirituality, relationships, finances, and physical well being.

Recently I added a wonderful healer, Jozef Pinter, into my routine that has helped me balance a few things in my body and it caused a ripple effect in all the other areas of my life. Right after tax season ended I began a regimen of detoxing. However the detox wasn’t only in the physical but also emotional and spiritual levels.

When we detox a lot of things surface and it can be a little scary however with a wonderful support system of healers and teachers it is the path to heaven on earth.

Detoxing creates space for something new. A new way of thinking, living, of being.
