POWER THOUGHT OF THE WEEK: Building Virtual Community, Part 3

Power Thought of the Week with Patricia Parham, Ph.D.

Ensuring Equality

Equality among network members assures all involved of their value to the community. Inequality potentially leads to tyranny. How does equality manifest in virtual networking communities? POWER THOUGHT OF THE WEEK: Building Virtual Community, Part 2

Power Thought of the Week with Patricia Parham, Ph.D.

Setting Boundaries

One of the things that virtual communities require is a container. This container is defined by the purpose of the network. Selecting Compatibles

“Water seeks its own level” applies also to virtual network communities. The people drawn to your network and those to whom you are drawn, share an energetic frequency and intensity. This similarity permeates the core of your beings and is reflected in beliefs and values, some of which pertain to powerful networking. While seeking diversity in your networking community, also pay attention to what attracts you.
