Economic Agency and Networks
A traditional use for networks, to meet people in companies and positions to buy or sell goods and services, is foundational to the free market economy of consultants, entrepreneurs and small businesses. It enables us to barter, exchange or purchase products and services. Whatever can be negotiated, in good faith, is given and received fairly and equitably. Value is agreed upon in relationship. It is up to the partners to decide when precedents are being set for future interactions.
