Depending on the size of the group and the complexity of the decision, electronic displays and voting add power to teleconferences in which you may or may not “see” other participants. It is also possible to work out difficult issues, simulating a meeting with live cameras, even on Skype calls. When face-to-face is not possible, virtual meetings can sometimes be an effective alternative.
