Michelle McBride - In the Business to Help You Do Business

Michelle does not just offer a service for the use of credit cards. She works with the motto: “We don’t quit until we get you up and running with a merchant account.” She will work closely with you to first analyze your business and then determine which solution would work for you best as a small business owner. Then she will aggressively work for you by approaching the various banks she works with until she establishes an account for you. She does not refuse any applications regardless of your past credit history. But this is not the story I want to tell you. I want you to hear how far Michelle will go to make this happen and how, through the cooperative manner of CEO Space, a business was saved.

If I have my facts straight, the story goes something like this: Chris had come to the end of his rope. He left the December CEO Space forum feeling that he had little chance of saving his business. But, through a connection that he had made during the forum Michelle McBride was contacted and made aware of the dire situation that Chris was in. It was at that point that Michelle approached Chris with the possibility that she may be able to help him.

I first learned of what Michelle truly had to offer when I received a letter forwarded to me from this small businessman from Pennsylvania who had his previous merchant account closed for over three months due to the failure of a business relationship with an unscrupulous individual in the UK who had taken advantage of him by not shipping product which had been promised. This caused him to have an excessive amount of “charge back” which ruined his business credit rating. Chris was writing to praise Michelle for saving his business for without a merchant account he was truly unable to do any online business. It took her over two and a half months, but through established relationships Michelle had worked for years to develop, she was able to negotiate with one of the banks to open a new merchant account for this gentleman. Something he had tried so hard to do but was unable to accomplish on his own.

Since opening the new account this winter Chris’ business has been averaging over $30 thousand per month in sales with expectations to triple through the summer. He has now been able to re-establish himself with his e-commerce business and his future is looking very promising.

Through my interview with Michelle, I learned of just how many businesses are struggling because they are unable, through their own processes, to establish merchant accounts. She has seen businesses with very good credit to go well below average in just the last two years. Because of lack of knowledge they will use much more expensive methods such as PayPal. Michelle can most always to analyze your situation and show you how she can save your business money through her services. Once established, by having a merchant account, this can assist you in establishing or reestablishing your credit base.

Michelle McBride has an MBA in marketing. She spent over 10 years in the banking industry on Wall Street. Michelle realized that many small businesses were only accepting cash or checks. So, she started her present "Pay Bizness" in 2007 from a desire to assist small businesses grow by offering merchant accounts and other payment processing solutions. She offers her services to businesses and nonprofit organizations of all sizes. As a business owner, what she offers will allow you to expand you customer base and your sales volume by giving your customers another option for their purchases through the use of credit and debit cards.

She offers three conveniences: use of the service on location at your store, mobile wireless units that will allow you to offer the service wherever you have cell phone service and also use of the service with online e-commerce.
