Cindy Logan Celebrates WINS as Student and Mentor
Cindy Logan, both student and mentor at Nouveau Riche, has had a fabulously successful week! There are two separate parts of her business, and she has had wins on both. She successfully negotiates short payoffs with the banks, saving homeowners from foreclosure. And she also enrolls students in a real estate investor education and mentors them to create income of $1,000 - $30,000 per month on the marketing side of the business.
This week, she got acceptance from B of A for a short payoff, got acceptance from a homeowner to buy his house and negotiate with the bank and got a sale date postponed on a third short sale. The homeowners she works with are very satisfied with her services, that she puts their needs first!
In the mentoring, she helped two students towards a first step, one student towards a foundational study and another towards MASTERY of fix and flip strategy. CEO Space graduate Mindy Audlin, Class 709, is racing up the charts on Oprah’s Winfrey’s online contest to find the next TV Star for her new network, OWN-TV. Less than two weeks into the competition, Mindy’s concept for a reality television series based on “People Helping People” is now in the top 45 based on viewer voting, and the top 30 based on overall views.
