Finding Her Real Passion after Leaving Corporate America –
Antoinette Sykes
Finds her Success in Assisting “You” to Be a Success

With a background in IT and marketing the market crash after 911 led Antoinette to return to college to complete her MBA. In 2004, with her degree in hand, she believed she was set to develop a career in corporate America. Yet, while still working in the spring of 2008, Miss Sykes began to entertain the idea of being her own boss. But it wasn’t until her second layoff in the spring of 2010 that she knew corporate America was not to be her future. With great tenacity and faith in herself she stepped out with a determination that she would leave the big business world and develop her own future as an entrepreneur developing the Total Communications Boutik and her media kit for marketing and PR.

Antoinette Sykes with Cheryl Adams the week before the forum.

Within the month she was introduced to an entrepreneurial group known as CEO Space. After doing her due diligence she decided to explore the concept of cooperative capitalism and without hesitation attended her first free enterprise forum from May 18 to the 30th. It was transformational for her.

Antoinette started the week like so many others; overwhelmed. But, with much guidance and the building of relationships, she gained greater confidence knowing that she had made the right decision. She admits that the forum atmosphere of cooperation and comradery helped significantly. She met with key people such as Jill Lublin and Erin Saxton who mentored her and assisted her to fine-tune her approach in reaching out to small businesses. With key classes on raising capital along with building and selling a business she now has a firmer understanding of what it takes to be a business entrepreneur. She returned home with over 175 “See Me Cards” which are cards indentifying interested connections who wish for her to follow up with the possibility of hiring her as their marketing and PR expert.

Now, with the support of CEO Space, Antoinette is confident that she can handle any business problems that come her way. She is more focused with her expertise and passion. She loves what she is doing because she is inspired to help people become successful.

With Antoinette’s background and understanding of working with corporate America and with her newly acquired knowledge, she can now offer the small business person a powerful and dynamic media package at a very reasonable price that will help launch them with exposure equal to “the big boys”.

Through CEO Space she has come to understand the workings of an effective team. Each team member follows their own passion and expertise and, in kind, each team member allows the others to express their particular genius. Together we can effectively grow the small business into so much more than if we continued to work it alone wearing all the hats. Truly “team work does make the dream work”.

The Total Communications Boutik personally branded media kit is delivered complete with:
  • One pitch letter
  • One press release
  • One bio
  • Your picture
  • Any news clippings (if applicable)
  • Other relevant appearances or interviews
These items are nicely assembled in a PDF file type ready to be uploaded to your website. It can be used to distribute to the media, prospects, and clients as well.
