A NOTE FROM THE CHAIRMAN: New Writers Join TNNW, Part 3

So far this month, we have introduced several new writers:

This week we introduce Rosanne D'Ausilio, Ph.D. of Human Technologies Global, a Carmel, NY-based firm specializing in industrial psychology and performance management. Rosanne's area of expertise is in the area of customer service and has authored several books on the subject. She also is a featured columnist for two other online publications: TMCnet.com and Ask the Expert at supportindustry.com. Rosanne debuts her new TNNW article this month: The Retention Factor.

Earlier this month I was interviewed by my friend and colleague Jeff Klein of Klein Creative and his co-host, Kathy Hines on their weekly morning radio show Business Networking Brunch (
www.BizNetBrunch.com) on Rational Radio 1360 AM out of Dallas. The interview is now available and can be heard by clicking here.

All my best,

Adam
