Networking is about expanding our resources and powerbase in new and unexpected ways. Take a look at your network and see how much “sameness” there is in your network. Do you attend the same meetings and see the same people every month? Do you interact with the same people at different meetings? What new group could you attend or new project could you take on that would expose you to more people and ideas?
