Todd Smith Managing Partner of Royce Joseph Capital LLC had a second article published in March, in The Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce Magazine. The article covered the topic of how to finance small businesses during the recession. He will also be on a panel discussion and a featured speaker in April for the Medical profession. The topic will be on finance options for the purpose of purchasing and expanding medical practices.

Todd Smith is also the author of I Pledge Allegiance a novel in which humanizes the plight of the homeless veterans. His novel was chosen to be the featured book by a book club organized and run by The First Lutheran Church in Montclair NJ. Mr. Smith attended their monthly meeting on March 23 for an open discussion on the book and the problem of homeless veterans. Mr. Smith will make himself available to any book club for a discussion on his book and the plight of the homeless veterans. Book clubs that are in close proximity to New Jersey he will make a personal appearance for all others he will make himself available by conference call.

Last week DJ Sherman stood in front of the brass of a Silicon Valley aftermarket computer accessories giant and they 'got it'. A partnership or license deal is pending completion of their prototype.

They said they could not call in the President of the company to talk any deal because he would automatically turn his nose up at the early stage prototype he has. They invited him to come back when he is ready.

DJ’s engineer informed him that they can do a near production ready prototype that is much better than the one he presently has for under $1,500. And he can do it in 2 weeks or less. DJ is open to speak with any interested parties about his new product.
