Many times, you see a logical solution to a problem that's begging you to implement it. When everyone in the organization drags their feet and are reluctant to progress, it's time to study the implications for all stakeholders. Be aware of dismissing one or more constituencies. That only slows down the process. Instead have compassion and use workshops, trade shows, and professional meetings as opportunities to grapple with important professional issues.
